Facilidad para contactar con anfitriones. Cercanía a la playa (andando, 5') Tranquilidad. Terraza. Posibilidad de salida algo más tarde.
Tiene todo lo necesario, pero una renovación de electrodomésticos, baños y persianas de cocina y salón le vendría bien. A tener en cuenta, aunque a nosotros no nos importó, que es un 3° sin ascensor y luego en el apartamento hay escalera de caracol para subida / bajada de 2a. habitación.
