The secure parking was excellent and one of the reasons we chose to stay here. The property is in an excellent location and was so simple to walk into the city.
There was nothing major I would say we didn’t like about this property as it did us just fine for what we wanted.
If I had to give any feedback maybe the couch could be one that wasn’t in sections

Monkgate Cloisters was spotless and perfect for our short stay.
The secure onsite parking was excellent and was one of the factors for choosing to book.
We would definitely book again and recommend.
Everything was fine.
If we had to pick spots, the sofa wasn't very comfortable and the freezer compartment of the fridge was unusable as needed a defrost - we couldn't put a small tub of icecream in we had bought, so had to waste.
Also, the cleaners were coming in bang on 10 o'clock as we were leaving on our last morning!

Great location, well equipped kitchen and secure parking.
Very smelly drains, small beds.
Needs maintenance, has potential to be great but as it is right now, it’s a bit rough round the edges.
The smell from the bathroom really spoils it, the windows need to be open at all times, which is handy really since they’re broken anyway! The “small double” beds are a strange choice when there’s plenty of space for normal doubles or even bigger.
