Chic 1BR Retreat - Pool, Gym Balcony Views

Check in was difficult because the host was unaware of the new building access. I waited hours before I could get someone on the phone because they didn’t answer messages. Then had to wait for them to get the right information for accessing the building. There were limited pots and pans and they weren’t cleaned from the previous stay. Also some better linen on the bed would be nice. The sheets were so thin, that it felt like I was sleeping on the plastic mattress protector. A couple of maintenance issues like a constantly running toilet, which was fixed for a couple of days then started up again after. Also the ac in the bedroom was finicky. I would get someone on the phone but they never seemed to have immediate answers for me. Like I had packages delivered but didn’t have access to the package room and the information given to access it was incorrect so I ended up leaving without them. It took a couple days for someone to clean up a really bad spill in the hallways so the floor was pretty sticky. Parking took some getting used to. For the most part I would find a spot though. It’d be nice if the host would allow garage access for long term stays.
