Great location and beautiful view of the Bridge and wharf
Was a little lacking in the finishes (paint and scuffs) couch was not the greatest but was ok, light in the second bedroom was flickering and was not able to be used

Location, view and contact with the owner was great, lovely cafe next door Sip Sip what a pleasure to walk in there and be served.
Quite a bit of paint peeling, Aircon in lounge had no cover did not look nice, tap in bedroom onsuite only trickles out of tap and my main concern was we only received one key, we all went our separate ways so that was a hindrance.

It was clean and container everything I needed and more it felt relaxing and the host was very welcoming and helpful and prompt with communication.

the furniture like sofa and beds need a serious update. the bathroom in master is moldy on the ceiling. the bath room has water flow to the carpet. need an attention
