Le fait qu'il n'y avait pas d'explication simple pour le chauffage de la pièce principale et que j'ai découvert au moment de partir que la télécommande du chauffage de la salle de bains était dans un tiroir du meuble lavabo...

L'emplacement, l'état général, la propreté et l'équipement. La bienveillance de l'hôte.
Le manque d'isolation phonique : on entend beaucoup la circulation de la rue par les fenêtres fermées. le retour des voisins à 3h du matin en claquant leur porte et parlant fort dans l'escalier.

La cocina era espaciosa y estaba bien equipada. Entraba mucha luz natural del exterior. Todo limpio y con lo necesario.
El aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido constante al apagarlo, durante un largo. El baño no tiene ventilacion exterior y hacia muchisimo calor. No habia almohadas y los cojines no eran muy cómodos para dormir.
