Pearl Chic Stay Pool and View

This is definitely my best option in Rabat, a city where it is often difficult to find a good price-to-quality ratio. The flat is spacious and located in Hay Riyad, the best residential and business district in Rabat. It is close to Hay Riyad train station, the Moulay Abdallah Stadium, and the zoo. For runners and nature lovers, there are two wooded areas nearby: one on the way to the zoo and another in the opposite direction. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, offering a great atmosphere as well as tasty meals and breakfasts. The beds are very comfortable, as is the sofa in the living room. The large and comfortable balcony offers a pleasant view of the neighborhood and its atmosphere. The parking is easily accessible and includes a large parking space suitable for SUVs, which is quite rare in Morocco. The air conditioning works extremely well, which is also uncommon in many apartments. This flat truly offers hotel-level standards in every aspect. The hosts are very professional, welcoming, and responsive.

Access to the pool requires some coordination with the security staff, although I believe I was simply unlucky due to a shift change during my stay.

The condo is very well and comfortably equipped. Lots of towels. Comfortable bed. Good washing machine and dishwasher. Kitchen has plenty of utensils etc. Owner was very responsive to our needs. Will done!
