Staff were exceptional, helpful with amazing communication - grazie a Giulia e Stefania TOP!❤️ Location was good, 10 minute walk from centre and also great for public transport. Good facilities like the hairdryer (it did stop working though🥲), fridge and also a full body mirror outside of our room! For us girls it’s essential so we appreciated that (a lot of accommodations I have been to don’t have it)😜
Everything was quite clean apart from the sheets and pillow cases, there were holes and had stains on them.
