Newly built villa located 800 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the shopping and restaurant district. It is situated in a residential area with views of the forest and features a spacious wooden deck with a heated pool from April 1 through October 30.

Bed linens, towels, 4 adult bicycles, a barbecue, a ping-pong table, and a surfboard are provided at no additional charge, among other amenities.
The house is ideal for 2 families. It features spacious common areas, an open-concept kitchen, a living room, a dining room, 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and an utility room with a washing machine.
Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils. It features an oven, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, Nespresso Dolce Gusto-compatible coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, blender, toaster, juicer, and kettle, among other appliances.
All bedrooms have direct access to the outdoors. Two rooms have a 160-wide bed, and the third room has two 90-wide beds (bunk beds) and a sofa bed with two 80-wide beds. Bedding is provided.
Outside, overlooking the forest, there is an 8x4-meter swimming pool heated from April 1 through October 30. The pool is protected by a mesh cover.
Next to the pool and outdoors, there is a shower and toilet.
On the spacious wooden deck, there are 4 lounge chairs for sunbathing and relaxing, as well as an outdoor dining area with a barbecue.
The property also offers guests 4 adult bicycles, a few children’s bikes, a bike trailer for 2 children, a surfboard, a ping-pong table, a beach umbrella, and a few other items to help you enjoy your vacation.
