About this apartment rental
Bright, renovated apartment with three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, two full bathrooms, and a sunny terrace. Just a stone’s throw from all of Ares’s attractions, 3 minutes from the beaches, shopping district, and numerous dining options: a very comfortable and charming place to stay in the heart of town!!
This apartment is rented out in its entirety and will be fully available to our guests.
Check-in will take place between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. (*) We do not have a 24-hour front desk, so please provide an approximate check-in time a couple of days before arrival. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m., when the cleaning crew arrives. Keys will be left at the location indicated by the Host. Parties or events are prohibited. Access is prohibited for anyone not registered at the property. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the property. Pets are not allowed. (*) A late check-in may be requested in advance, between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., for an additional fee of 20 euros, to be paid in cash to the Host in charge of check-in. No check-ins will be accepted after 11:00 PM; after this time, the reservation will be considered a NO-SHOW.
Easily accessible on foot. Quick and easy access to the highway. Beach and nature areas are a 3-minute walk away.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor and has an elevator. It consists of a kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine. It also includes all the necessary kitchenware for a comfortable vacation stay. A table and chairs are provided. The living room is comfortable and bright: a pleasant space to relax and unwind. It has a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and a third attic-style bedroom with a trundle bed that converts into a double bed—all very cozy and quiet. The bedrooms have natural ventilation and natural light. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub, and the other has a shower with a glass enclosure, where the washing machine is also located. Both are ideal for this type of stay. The apartment has everything you need for a few days of relaxation and unwinding: bedding and towels, kitchenware, appliances, Wi-Fi, and patio furniture, among other amenities...
The owner will not be present, but a professional host will be available to assist guests with whatever they need—whether it’s an emergency (a breakdown, damage, etc.) or to provide tourist information and local recommendations.
