Villa Simona with garden, located in Favara, offers a beautiful view of the nearby sea. The 120 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for one, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, books and toys for children. A cot is available on request. The spacious outdoor area includes a garden, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and playground.
The villa is close to many attractions: 6 km from the Valley of the Temples, 7 km from San Leone, 8 km from Agrigento, 12 km from Porto Empedocle, 14 km from Scala dei Turchi, and 100 km from Selinunte. Public transport is available about 3 km away.
There are 4 parking spaces on the property. Families with children are welcome and one pet is allowed. Smoking, parties, and events are not permitted. The owners live upstairs.
Guests are welcomed with a breakfast of local products. For stays of five nights or more, a barbecue with local specialties can be arranged on request. An electric vehicle charging station is available on request for an additional fee. The property offers homemade products and follows recycling guidelines, uses energy-saving lighting, and part of the electricity comes from solar panels. The house was very clean and had a wonderful view. The host was very helpful during check in showing us the property. I'd recommend this place if you're in the Agrigento area!
