Located in the charming town of Sawyer, we welcome you to Dune Dreams! This three-bedroom, three full bathroom home is close to everything Harbor Country has to offer. Just a short drive to Warren Dunes or several other Lake Michigan options. Relax and unwind in the brand new outdoor hot tub! Roast s'mores under the stars with your outdoor firepit or cook you next meal with your gas grill. Large backyard perfect for fun!
Dune Dreams boasts an open floorplan including a large TV room for your whole group to enjoy. Dining area for six as well as a fully stocked kitchen. There is also a secondary seating area along with a full bathroom. Lots of light throughout. Two sofa beds on main floor for use if needed.
The second floor has three bedrooms all with king beds and televisions. Primary bedroom also with an en-suite full bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom located in hallway.
All the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including hot tub, internet, washer/dryer, outdoor firepit, gas grill, central AC, and more!
**All Guests required to sign and return our Guest Occupancy Agreement.
**Minimum age of 25 years old to rent.
**Maximum four car parking.

Excellent place for our family of 6 to stay for a long weekend at the Warren Dunes! The house was clean and set up perfectly upon our arrival. Lots of space indoors, as well as a truly charming backyard. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

This home was perfect for our family of four. Close to everything we wanted (the beach, picking blueberries, wine tasting), super clean, quite spacious, and all around wonderful.

Highly recommend! House was perfect for us! Impressed all of us with the new/modern renovations and decor throughout the home. Housekeeping was impeccable upon arrival. The hot tub was a great asset. Kitchen was well stocked with necessities. Linens were crisp/clean/fresh. Comfortable beds! Also stocked with a nice selection of games. Great location and close to everything! Please note there are no bathrooms on the main level which could be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Otherwise do not pass this property up if dates are available for you!
