Our stay was nice the Wi-Fi isn't that great but we were able to get around that. I don't remember your company advising that that area has such a strict parking rules and additional parking areas.One of my guests car was in the process of being towed away the tow driver made him pay 125 and we did not receive a receipt after payment. in my opinion parking is not good for homes with so many bedrooms. Overall We had a very nice time And enjoyed our stay At your Location

Had a good but not great stay. Our host was very hands on. Every question or concern I had prior to our stay, they were very responsive and in a timely manner. When we went to dinner the first night, we did experience an issue with the code lock and could not get back in, but I was able to call and get it resolved quickly. So great customer service. Our biggest disappointment was a dirty pool. The water was clean but the pool needed to be descaled badly. No one wanted to put their feet on the pool steps or floor. The outdoor patio furniture was rusted and the cushions were very dirty and uninviting. Inside the house...their cleaning service was great. No major complaints there. But some rooms had wallpaper falling, lights falling, one room did have a stain on the sheets. The paint job upstairs was bad and the carpeted areas need to be shampooed badly. Blinds to patio were broken or missing. While these things did not hinder our stay, they were disappointing to say the least.
