☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees
Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:
Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.
Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.
Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.
Pet Fee: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted.
Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Loved the view and Unit 1 was exactly as described. The only reason this is not an excellent is because of the noisy occupants in the unit above us. They let their children run up and down the hallways! However, the children went to bed pretty early and the evenings were nice and quiet. So if you are out and about during the day this might not happen to you or even be a problem. The property management people were quickly respondent if you have any problems. Overall a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay. The views off the back porch were so serene. The neighborhood is quiet, and the accommodations were extremely comfortable. Our host was so attentive and so helpful when we needed anything. We highly recommend this property.

The house was very clean, and had plenty of room to accommodate us. The property was on a dead end road away from the hustle and bustle of the area, which made it quiet and very relaxing. It has a washer/dryer in it, as well as a pack-n-play and high chair for infants.The only item we did not like was there was a closet in each room to hang shirts/pants, but there are no dressers to put your small clothing items. So unless you put your socks, undies, and small clothing items on the floor, you’re getting into your suitcase every time you need them.Overall we were happy with the rental.
