Family friendly, spacious, nice pool, resort ok. The place needs a DEEP clean. In their efforts to keep the turnover going they lack cleaning. For a house to house 20 ppl, there were VERY FEW post and pans. I have been in several VRBO's that stocked way better. I had to call for a dish cloth. The response was quick but the fact remains I had to call. They had just enough towels (I won't ding them for that though), provided 2 trash bags and 2 dishwasher pods, and no dish liquid. But they had a tip box for the cleaning crew!! In addition, please read about the parking as it is a serious issue. YOU CANNOT PARK ON THE STREET TO UNLOAD YOUR CAR - a tow truck came out of nowhere and stop - dropped - and put my car on the tow truck as I was standing by the car!! I personally think the resort and the tow company work together and there is a kickback. The pool attendant from GA, loved him, he kept the pool clean and the unattended teenagers in line. Overall - it was just an ok stay. The family being in the same house was the purpose of the stay and that made it priceless. and oh yeah - saw a roach on my last day in the kitchen. I have never seen a roach in any of the VRBO's that I stayed in.
