A full bathroom on the main level adds to the home's functionality. Upstairs, both bedrooms offer stunning views of Broad Cove, providing a peaceful retreat. Each bedroom shares access to a full bathroom, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout your stay. With thoughtful design and breathtaking views, this home is the perfect coastal getaway

Outside, an additional table for outdoor dining offers an ideal spot to take in the breathtaking sunset views over the beach cove, which is just steps from the backyard.
For added comfort, the home is equipped with three window AC units—one in each upstairs bedroom and one in the living room—ensuring a cool and comfortable atmosphere throughout your stay.
With all NEVR properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special. Our Guest Welcome Bag, compliments of the homeowner, contains starter quantities of kitchen and bathroom essentials, with a few locally sourced snacks as well (subject to change based marketplace availability).
