We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Excessive rubbish left at check-out may result in an additional cleaning fee of $75.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

PAULA WAS VERY ATTENTIVE TO OUR NEEDS, GREAT LOCATION, EASY WALK TO CITY CENTER!

This looks absolutely gorgeous - unfortunately we were a little put off by the cleanliness of our stay. I was told the bnb was booked before our stay and we would not be able to check in early because the staff would be cleaning....though it did not appear anybody had stayed for a while? There were spider webs hanging from the ceiling and lights, all of the dishes were dirty with dust/dead bugs in them. There were floaties in the spa. The garden is a mess. There was still rubbish in the kitchen bin from the previous occupants. There were items of clothing down the side of the chairs. Nothing major but disappointing given the price. An easy fix and could be a stunning 5/5! Looks exactly like the photos as advertised; great location; good communication and easy check-in process. Would happily recommend if your not a perfectionist like me!!
