- Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $500 penalty. But since I`m cool, I only allow electronic cigarettes :)
- If a late departure or damage results in a direct refund or reduction for the next reservation, you will be required to pay this amount.
- If you notice any furniture or amenities in the apartment not working or broken, please let us know within 24 hours of your arrival. Otherwise, the complaint will not be taken into consideration.
- When you make a reservation with me, you agree to all the above apartment rules.

We loved our stay!! The place was sweeter even than the photos, sparking clean, modern but cozy and welcoming... we had everything we needed or wanted at the ready. The entry was super simple with codes instead of keys, circular stairs were an updated remnant of the original architecture... but there are railings all the way for safe navigation. Finding our way around on foot was an amazing adventure. Jordan's communication about check-in, parking, and location was super quick and clear, and I felt we were in great hands from the start to the end of our Mom-and-son college visit to see McGill. If he gets admitted and accepts the invitation, I can't wait to return!

The apartment was exactly what we needed. Cozy, clean, classy. Awesome location for exploring various areas on foot, and also very easy to get to public transportation. Would definitely stay here again

We arrived in the evening and there was no instruction given to where to park and no response from the host. When you enter the property, you immediately go up a steep, winding staircase to the second floor. Then, you enter your apartment and immediately climb up another steep winding staircase. Both weren’t the cleanest. We had issues with the place being too hot and couldn’t figure out how to cool it off, again no instructions and host didn’t respond until the next day. We were only given one towel per person for 2 days and couldn’t find any extras. Couldn’t find any extra blankets, either. There was no instruction manual on the property. There is a washer and dryer, but no detergent provided. But, the location is perfect and convenient.
