- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee per pet, per stay; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- This property is located on a dirt road. It is a short drive from a paved road. The dirt is compacted and easy to drive on, but recent weather events have created dips and bumps that may challenge low-clearance vehicles.
- Please be aware that wildlife may be present, such as insects, scorpions, and snakes. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival but be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay.
- This property has exterior video surveillance and noise alert decibel monitoring systems in common areas to ensure guest security and compliance with local laws. Cameras are located by the front entry.
- Due to the remote location of our home, guests may experience unannounced power outages.
- To help everyone enjoy a peaceful stay and to remain in good standing with our neighbors, we observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please note that local county quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, but we ask guests to start winding down a bit earlier.
- Just a friendly reminder that if you'd like pool heat during your stay, requests and payment must be made at least 48 hours before check-in, as we're unfortunately unable to accommodate mid-stay requests. Pool heat is $50 per night +tax, and is only available from October through June. The pool heat is set to 80 degrees. Any higher temperature can damage the pool/spa. Lastly, while we'll do our best to ensure a comfortable experience, outdoor weather conditions may affect how well the water heats. Thank you so much for your understanding!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

The property was great for a relaxing family retreat. Was able to do day hikes in the morning and relax and play games in the afternoon.

Great property, lots of outdoor space. Pickleball court was nice, although two of the four paddles were broken. WiFi went out once requiring me to troubleshoot for a couple of hours. House is off the grid and power went out for about 15 mins (not terrible). Hot tub never got all the way hot, and had to have someone come troubleshoot it. Pool man came and left the hose on, leading to the pool overflowing. One of the bar stools was broken and became a hazard. Otherwise, well-appointed, plenty of games for us. No live TV. Overall a pretty good experience. Pool is not heated.

What a phenomenal property and experience. The desert is BEAUTIFUL around here. It's just remote enough to feel like an oasis, but still within reasonable distance from grocery stores and restaurants to suit any needs. We found ourselves keen on staying in, though, because there was so much to enjoy: pickleball, communal seating spaces, cornhole, ping pong, and more! All of the amenities worked well, and the property was impeccably clean. We were all looking to unplug, but for folks who want to catch a game or watch a movie, every bedroom comes equipped with a gorgeous TV. Communication was great too, though we had very few issues and didn't need much. The dog-friendliness was amazing for our groups' furry friend. Overall, I'm finding it hard to imagine staying elswhere when in the area. A beautiful place.

Host gave very simple and straight forward information making the whole experience very easy. They sent us some ideas for dining and other activities that were spot on ! This home had everything we needed to fully enjoy our week in the desert . Conveinent location that is secluded and private . Looking forward to booking again next year !
