Escape to a tranquil A-Frame on 68 secluded acres in New Hampshire’s White Mountains, just a 10-minute walk to Pearl Lake. Enjoy mountain views, a hot tub beneath the stars, private hiking trails, and biking nearby on the Ammonoosuc Rail Trail. Close to Cannon and Loon, Pearl Lake House is perfect for summer adventures, fall foliage weekends, ski trips, and cozy year-round getaways. Our home is a thoughtfully designed space laid out over three floors. The first floor features two bedrooms with a queen bed in one room and a full and twin in the other room. There is a full bathroom, kitchenette (complete with mini fridge), and washer and dryer. The 1st floor living room is a comfortable space with a pull out couch for extra sleeping. The floors are heated and will keep your feet nice and warm.
The main floor is comprised of an open concept living and kitchen space that spills out effortlessly onto the large deck that overlooks the front yard. Here you'll find a spacious kitchen with generous counterspace to prep, cook and entertain. A large dining table and nook seating area provides the perfect space to catch up with friends and family over a delicious meal. The dining table will comfortably seat all guests, with additional seating available at the kitchen island.
The large living room connects you with nature through the oversized window and double glass doors that invite you outside onto the deck. The grill, table, outdoor couch and under railing lights make it a great space to unwind. The woodstove inside sets the perfect ambiance.
Upstairs, you'll find the large primary bedroom with a king bed, and en suite bathroom with a custom shower making it a calming retreat. The dedicated workspace is nicely situated to maintain focus and take video calls.
The outdoor spaces have been laid out to be equally relaxing and charming. The 2nd floor deck, the 1st floor swing, the hot tub, and the gas fire pit with enveloping chairs sets the stage to enjoy the outdoors no matter where you decide to relax. Beautiful sunset views are only a short 20-minute hike in the woods behind the house.

- All pets must be included on your reservation, and applicable pet fees must be paid before check-in.
- Pets must be current on flea and tick prevention and arrive free of fleas and other parasites. If pest treatment is required after your stay, guests are responsible for the cost.
- Pets may not be left unattended unless they are safely crated and comfortable being left alone. A crate is provided.
- Please keep pets off beds and furniture unless using your own protective cover.
- Please clean up all pet waste and any indoor accidents immediately. - Additional cleaning or odor removal may result in extra charges.
- Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning, pest treatment, or damage resulting from their pets beyond normal wear and standard cleaning.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the cabin. My son and daughter in law loved they could jump on their gravel bikes and bike down the road. They were able to stand up paddle board and canoe at the pond down the street also. Loved the kitchen!! Not too far from Santa’s village, grandchildren had a great time!! Comfortable beds and great showers!!
