This place offered a budget friendly choice with toilets and a place to sleep, but comfort was not a consideration here. Communication through the app was slow or not at all. I inquired on this location with questions before booking. After hearing nothing for a length of time, I booked anyway and took the risk. The only timely responses were via text but that number was not provided until booking was secured. There were adequate beds, however bedding was not provided for the pull-out couch. The listing was for 12, but only 8 old and mismatched towels were provided. Lamps were provided, but outlets were limited and not near the lamps. The main floor toilet door cannot be opened all the way because of the dryer- nor can the dryer be opened all of the way (a stackable would fix this) which was an issue for any adults using this toilet. It's an old house so the transition strips were no longer staying down (we tripped on the dining room and kitchen ones more than once). The floor in the laundry space has a very large heave. The steps have a huge slant which was a concern for the grandparent we had to put upstairs because of the main floor toilet issue. There was a rat trap in the laundry room which was not disclosed (and a concern with a toddler who was unfamiliar with the object). A dead cockroach was found under the dining table. Wiring has done and redone before, however old wiring was left dangling in multiple places. Overall, akin to 2* hotel. It did the job. Not the best.
