All spaces except the garage and basement. Backyard access is limited as we are planning on hardscaping and landscaping. Please only use the backyard for trash/recycle. Please use front entrance for all access to the property. You will not share the home with anyone else but your group.

Perfect - host, house, location!

This is a charming house in old town Alexandria. Our family stayed with good friends for a visit- a group of 10 (4 adults and 6 children).The house was perfect for our needs- the size and proximity to activities was great. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with supplies and utensils. The host was gracious and accommodating and checked in during the stay to make sure we were comfortable, and even brought us extra space heaters during a winter cold snap! Our family and the family we were traveling with have stayed in a few houses over the years and we all impressed!

Wonderful house in a great location. Very clean and nicely decorated.. plenty of space for larger groups. Kitchen was nicely stocked with items for cooking and dinning. Easy access to metro station, restaurants etc. Host is very attentive, good communictor!
