The villa is composed of two independent living spaces: the main house and a private suite attached to it, offering both shared moments and additional privacy for guests. In total, the property accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms, with air conditioning throughout and high-speed Wi-Fi for comfort in every season.
The main house features a welcoming entrance that leads to the living room and the upper floor, as well as access to the fully equipped kitchen.
On the ground floor, guests will find: one double bedroom with queen-size bed with a full bathroom with shower (not ensuite).
The upper floor hosts two additional master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and ensuite bathrooms. Both bathrooms include spacious bathtubs, one of which features a Jacuzzi.
The modern kitchen is designed for comfortable everyday use with all the necessary equipment for preparing meals to enjoy indoors or under the outdoor gazebo.
Attached to the main house, the private two-level suite offers a more independent space, ideal for families or groups of friends traveling together
This loft-style space includes a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a small dining table and a pergola overlooking the vineyards.
Upstairs, the suite features a master bedroom with king-size bed and bow window offering beautiful views across the valley, together with a bathroom finished in traditional decorated ceramics with a shower.

A beautiful farmhouse in a beautiful location. The views from the location were some of the best we’ve had during our trip (I dare say even nicer than Val d’orcia).
The house is freshly renovated with three spacious rooms with views of the rolling hills and olive groves. What sets the place apart from anywhere else though is the sense of immersion one has in the Tuscan nature itself. Almost as if one becomes part and parcel of its very fabric. That, and the warm hospitality of the owners that is the perfect example of Italian kindness and care make this place somewhere to return to again and again.
