Lakefront retreat w Sauna, Hot tub, Fireplace & Pool in Willsboro - 6 br, 5 bath

We absolutely LOVED our stay! We were 8 adults, 3 children and 2 dogs and had plenty of space to spread out. We shared meals at Camp Sharke with my siblings and their families for a total of 18 around the table. We are all foodies and were thrilled with the gorgeous kitchen! I wish my kitchen at home was as nice!!! We took full advantage of the 6 kayaks and sailboat, pool, sauna and hot tub as well as the yard to play Bocce and Corn Hole. This place is literally heaven on earth!Finally, Bobbie and Sophie were great communicators and made sure all our needs were met. This is one of the best cabins we ever stayed at and we will return!

I cannot say enough about the inherent natural beauty of this property. It is one of those where you drive up and are just amazed! Just sitting and staring at Lake Champlain would be enough reason to book it, but the hosts are lovely people and went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay. We were a family and friend group of eleven and the house was plenty spacious for all. It is a remodeled historical home and was very clean as that can sometimes be dicey in older homes. The kitchen has everything you would need with ample flatware and plates for large groups. We rented a pontoon from Valcour Boats and they were nice enough to bring it down to us. Your options are to dock it at the marina for a fee (6 min drive) or moor it to a mooring ball just in front of the property, but would have to swim or kayak out to access it if choose this. You can see Burlington Vermont waterfront across the lake, and can boat across, but it took us about 45 min to get over to it, so plan some time! All in our party enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna immensely. We were thinking about how the sauna would be in the snowy months! I do not often say it, because I just like to see new places but this is a house I would revisit!

We have stayed in VRBO many times for our annual extended family gathering(17 individuals) and this was the overall best! The owners are responsive, helpful and great people. The location is spectacular, very well stocked, comfortable, on the water, games, large pool, hot tub private, large lot, near boat ramp, great WIFI. We are a group of 2 year old's' to 70's. Near hiking (Rattlesnake mountain) and trails. The history of the site is very interesting and proudly displayed. This home is a WOW!
