A fully renovated traditional Breton house, with all the comforts, near the sea

Come and stay in this typical Breton family home, carefully renovated in 2024, where modern comfort meets authentic charm. Located near magnificent natural and historical sites, it's the ideal place for a relaxing or active holiday. The nearest beach is 9 km from the house: a maximum of 15 minutes by car. (Bréhéc - Old Bréhec) The Accommodation: This stone house, which I have carefully renovated, combines two houses into one, offering ample space to accommodate your loved ones. It features a large, bright living/dining room that opens directly onto a terrace and a spacious enclosed garden, perfect for enjoying sunny days. The modern and fully equipped kitchen features a dining area with a bar counter, providing a pleasant setting for your meals. The bedrooms: Bedrooms 1 and 2 (pink and blue): Located on the first floor, they are accessible from the kitchen. They share a bathroom and toilet located in the hallway, half a flight away. Rooms 3 and 4 (green and yellow): Accessible via a second wrought-iron staircase, these rooms have an en-suite shower room and toilet for added comfort. The house can accommodate between 2 and 8 people, and I also rent rooms individually, so it's possible to rent for 2, 4, 6, or 8 people.
