Welcome to Newport’s premier luxury inn, experience the charm of seaside elegance in our restored luxury estate. Located in the heart of downtown just steps away from Thames Street and Bowens Wharf! Putting you right in the middle of the best shopping, dining, and nightlife. Enjoy spaces like the fully stocked kitchen, beautiful backyard with a gas fire pit, and EV charging stations. Just one block from the water, you’ll be surrounded by Newport’s rich history and vibrant waterfront scene
The Space:
The home offers 7 spacious bedrooms and 9 total beds including 2 luxury pull-out sofas, including separate full marble bathrooms for each bedroom, and full laundry. The gourmet kitchen includes a large center island with comfortable seating for 4, marble countertops, stainless steel commercial-grade appliances, 2 wine refrigerators, and an abundance of dinnerware, cutlery, etc. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room through the butlers pantry which can accommodate seating for 12, from here find the beautifully decorated parlor and living room with a gas fireplace.
The property has a large bluestone patio which glows at night due to the thoughtfully designed architectural lighting. The courtyard has a built in gas fire pit, standing heaters, outdoor couches and chaise lounges which also surround an additional fire pit, and a propane grill. We have a large driveway that can fit 14 cars with stacked parking and we didn't stop there, we had a 2 port, state of the art EV charger installed in the driveway for all of our EV drivers out there.
The home is ideal for entertaining and relaxing after a day at one of the nearby beaches. Looking to host a wedding party, rehearsal dinner, garden party... then this is without a doubt the rental for you.
Walking distance (1 min.) to downtown Newport’s world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment located at Bowen's or Hammett's wharf and along thames street. Enjoy your vacation out on the town with peace of mind that your bed is only steps away.

Awesome experience! Could not recommend more. Beautiful, clean, plenty of beds, bathrooms and space for a weekend in Newport. Location is central and walkable to anywhere in downtown area.

The house was beautiful and perfect for our milestone, birthdays, celebrating with friends. The location was ideal. Only a couple blocks from restaurants and shops. The outside courtyard was also perfect for evening drinks around the fire. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Charming house with plenty of room to spread out. We were in town for a family wedding. The house accommodated 10 of us easily, ages 18-80. Great kitchen, comfy rooms and really nice outdoor space on front porch and back courtyard. Plenty of parking too.

Amazing property! Went on a girls trip here and it was so much fun. The kitchen and outdoor space cannot be beat. Comfortably slept 17 people. All bathrooms are updated and beautiful. Walking distance to amazing waterfront restaurants. 10/10 recommend booking this property!
