This elegant, Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired home on scenic Keuka Lake in the heart of the award-winning Finger Lakes wine region features 150 feet of beachfront, a dock for lounging, and stunning, expansive views of the lake and rolling hills from nearly every corner of the house. Situated at the end of a tiny lake road, it’s the ultimate in quiet, lakeside charm. Take an afternoon swim, chill out on the dock with a beach read, or head out on the included kayaks.
The open concept living room, dining room and kitchen with vaulted ceilings create a modern, luxurious atmosphere and include large picture windows, a gas fireplace, a chef’s kitchen with bar seating and custom cherry cabinets. The dining room table seats eight comfortably or eat out on the lakefront terrace with awning, grill, and seating for all. In the evening, toast s’mores at the lakefront fire pit. In addition to the waterfront, this property includes private landscaped woods just across the street where you can enjoy a shaded oasis.
A short walk takes you to a protected nature reserve donated by our family. A boardwalk path winds though the wetlands with its marsh grass and lily pads and culminates in a lookout point for bird watching. This can also be accessed from the house via kayak.
Extremely private Master bedroom and bath on the first floor separated by a hallway and double doors with picturesque windows makes you feel like you are on top of the lake. Second bedroom with a queen bed on the first floor also has a waterfront view. On the second floor is the third bedroom with a king bed, full bath and work area as well as a loft with an almost 180-degree view of the lake with a Stern and Foster queen size pullout bed.

This is a beautiful house on a beautiful lake. The views of the lake are spectacular, the neighborhood is quiet, the entire experience is peaceful and relaxing. The house itself is immaculately clean and very well equipped, we lacked for nothing. It is a convenient drive to Penn Yan (7 miles) to find good food choices (and ice cream!). The host is friendly and accommodating, always ready and willing to help with questions and requests. Overall, a true 5-star property and experience.

Beautiful house in a beautiful setting. Short drive away from many area attractions around Keuka Lake.We enjoyed use of the kayaks and fishing and stargazing from the dock. The hosts were very responsive before and during our stay.

This is by far the cleanest home we have stayed in and we’ve been doing this over 10 years!We really enjoyed the layout where you can see the lake from any vantage point in the home. The custom woodwork is awesome and I really enjoyed the glass block in the closet, for natural lighting. The artwork from the owner is all over the house and includes local area spots and even children’s books. We noticed everything!The Flora and Fauna surrounding the home is gorgeous as well. The park across the way is serene and well thought out.Thank you for providing the kayaks and vests. A great vantage point to be on the lake.We are birders, so we enjoyed filling the birdfeeders and offering the hummingbirds food. There were binoculars all throughout the home as well. We saw bunny rabbits, Great Blue Herons and Osprey - breathtaking.The kitchen has every spice you can imagine and any pan, dish, glasses, silverware, tools ( baggies, foil, parchment, clear wrap) you would need to cook up a delightful dinner. Thank you. Obviously there is a cook in the family! We found ourselves wanting for nothing! What a delight.The town Penn-Yan is just around the bend for great shopping and the “legitimate” coffee shop.The home is well located to visit Wilks Glen, Corning, Ithaca and Rochester. We were able to visit 6 lakes in the area during our 7-night stay.The communication is outstanding with the owners and very timely. I highly recommend this property! Thank you for sharing!
