Located 1 mile from Old Town Albuquerque, this townhome is a comfortable place to relax and unwind while traveling. Just blocks away from Sawmill Market, Convention Center located in downtown Albuquerque where we have great restaurants and bars. A few block from the trails of the Bosque, Albuquerque Bio Parks, and 20 minutes to Casinos. This home is perfect for traveling families and groups. Enjoy tall ceilings, offering tons of natural light, with 3 bedrooms including a king, queen, and 2 twin beds upstairs. Guests will find comfort and space to unwind. The outside patio has a sitting area with a gas firepit and grill. The property boasts of fine furnishings, quality linens, and a 2 car garage. This is a beautiful property! We were 5 adults. Two couples and one single. The neighborhood was nice, easy parking in the driveway; and inside felt spacious and welcoming. And a great bonus to have a covered outdoor deck to sit and relax on while we drank our morning coffee. We will definitely book here again should we return to Albuquerque.

Host was very easy to communicate with. House was in the perfect location to all the key areas in Metropolitan Albuquerque. Lots of space and very clean.
