Charming 2-bedroom 2 floor King Bed Condo in Downtown Montreal

It's a decent property in a nice location. However, it felt like no one had done a deep clean in a while; nonetheless, the place was pretty tidy. The biggest issue for us was the parking garage. It is TINY and VERY hidden/narrow while getting in! Luckily, my car was small enough to fit (I have a VW Golf), but that isn't to say my spatial awareness wasn't tested (8-point turn just to get in!). If you are driving a larger vehicle, I don't recommend it, or you can try to find street parking (for a price). The owner was super responsive and helped us when we had issues getting into the unit. This place is good if you're not too picky about cleanliness and the lack of hot water! The location is excellent and within walking distance of everything you would need (shopping, food, alcohol, restaurants, etc.). I'd consider going back!

Apartment is in a good location- we walked everywhere we needed to go. There was noise in back alley at night that we heard with the windows open, but that’s expected in an urban area. Parkade was definitely a tight fit for our sedan but it was nice not to worry about parking. Host was responsive and quickly answered all questions though we would have appreciated being given info (WiFi, check in/check out instructions) without needing to ask for itGreat potential for this property, but as other reviews mentioned it needs a deep clean and lots of touches to make the stay flawless. Items we typically find in rentals weren’t there—things like an info binder, kitchen items, and tissues. Hopefully the host addresses these items quickly for other guests.
