About this apartment rental
This end unit on the 16th floor of Ilikai Marina offers the best views of the harbor and Waikiki Beach below! Recent upgrades as of September 2024 include luxury vinyl plank flooring in the living room and bedroom, brand new furniture throughout including new queen size mattress and sofa sleeper, 50" Smart TV, and a new refrigerator and small appliances. We've replaced all cookware, dinnerware, glassware and silverware to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable
experience during your Hawaiian vacation! A sliding door separates the living area from the bedroom for added privacy. This unit has just been added to our inventory, so there are no reviews yet. But rest assured, it's an excellent condo!
***Construction Notice: The building is currently working on the garage spall repairs. You may also hear construction noise during work hours of 8am - 4pm, Monday through Friday. Please note that these dates may change we recommend you reach out to us for any updates on the schedule.
AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi.
We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We are delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services available for an additional fee.
BUILDING AMENITIES
Shared laundry facilities are located on the 8th floor, with payment available via an app or credit card. A trash chute is conveniently situated at the end of the hallway. The property provides 24/7 security for your peace of mind. Please note, this building does not have a pool, nor is there access to one at another location.
Parking is available in the building for $35 per day (*rates subject to change), and metered street parking is available along the harbor for $1 per hour.
Routine pest control and maintenance are occasionally scheduled by building management. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the unit and on the lanai.

We have stayed at the ilikai Marina 3 separate times. I love the location. This particular unit was very clean, beautiful ocean views,air conditioning. Just as the pictures presented.We reached out for a few linens and the staff was very accommodating.Will definitely choose to stay again. From reserving to checking out, the stay was seamless. Just a little hiccup with the parking pass, but that was resolved easily.Thank you!

We had everything we needed, and it was easy to walk around town. Down off of the first floor of the building is the chart house which is a favorite local restaurant and bar overlooking the Marina. Super handy…
