About this house rental
This raised, immaculate, south facing, waterfront house is located on the highly desirable Beach Haven West lagoons and boasts 2 inviting bedrooms, 2 updated baths, a fully stocked kitchen, living room with expansive views, 3 season sun room with sleeper couch, wood burning fireplace, a deck, brand new dock, patio, barbeque, kayaks and 8 passes to Ship Bottom Borough Beaches.
The terracotta floors of the spotless eat in kitchen greet you as you walk into Nuni's Cove. There is a dishwasher, a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and stovetop/oven. The kitchen is fully stocked with every amenity you could need such as large lobster pot, claw crackers, skillets, utensils, dishware, glassware and serving items like trays and bowls.
In front of the wood burning fireplace, there is a formal dining room to share your crab and lobster dinners, seating 6. Moving further into the sun drenched home, the living room is large with a smart TV, and is surrounded by 180 degrees of windows outfitted with custom blinds. The room faces southwest, allowing you to view the most amazing sunsets. The house also has a multi-functional screened-in 3 season sun room with a sleeper couch, foosball table and dining table and chairs. This room opens via sliding door to the back of the property onto a deck, and then down the stairs to the patio and fenced in yard.
The bright primary bedroom contains a brand new smart tv, brand new king bed, plus a chair that converts to a twin bed, ensuite bath, and sliding glass door that opens to the 3 season room. The second bedroom has sleeps 4 people (could flex to 5 for children). This light filled room contains a queen size bed plus a bunk bed with a twin on top, and a full on the bottom. Pillows, sheets and quilts/coverlet provided for all sleepers. The property also features 2 full bathrooms, both with standing showers & handheld shower heads, the hall bath features jacuzzi sprays in the shower, The baths are stocked with hair dryers and basic cleaning supplies.
Outside, we have a fire pit, 2 kayaks, 2 beach cruiser bikes, 4 beach chairs and a barbeque for grilling. The patio has lounger chairs for sunbathing, and there are crab traps available to use. We have inflatables for use in the lagoon, and there is a dock with ladder to access the water. You can fish off the dock, bring your own pole.

We came during labor day holiday weekend and it was wonderful. This location is perfect and we went kayaking daily. My elderly parents liked the ranch style property and the kids enjoyed the games that were available. We will definitely be coming back again.

This was the perfect little house to stay in. There was plenty of room for 9 of us to sleep. Having the dock right there to paddle off of and crab/fish was great because we happened to start when hurricane Erin came through and the beaches were a no go. We ran into a couple hiccups, but the owners were extremely responsive and timely with any questions we had.

This house did not disappoint! Beautiful views, clean house and great homeowners! It has everything you could need. Easy ride to the beach, restaurants and ice cream. I’d definitely stay here again!
