In addition, the apartment has a delightful little terrace, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an aperitif at sunset, enjoying the sea breeze and the enchanting view.
In this exclusive apartment, every detail has been lovingly taken care of to offer a memorable experience, where luxury blends with simplicity to create a unique and unforgettable atmosphere, accompanied by the magic of the Portofino panorama that opens before guests' eyes.

- At the time of booking confirmation, it will be asked to provide billing information, as we are a registered company and legally required to issue an invoice.
- Upon check-in, ID documents for all guests will be required, in accordance with Law 109 of the Italian Public Security Act (T.U.L.P.S.), for registration with the local police
- Late check-in from 20:00 to 23:00 has an extra cost of €40 to give in cash to the checkinner

It is required to pay the local tax in cash at check-in to be given directly to the check-inner. The amount is €2 per person per night.
