Very good place to stay with lovely rooms, facilities and excellent staff. In particular Sameh, Hadeer and Alaa Hussein on reception were exceptionally friendly and super helpful as was Mohammed in the Juzeer restaurant. If I go to Aswan again I’ll definitely stay at Zen/MGM.

An absolutely amazing and stunning retreat, every corner is very beautiful, clean and peaceful.
I have to give this hotel 6 stars for the care and attention to detail.
