Mia Tulum Beachfront Resort - Ocean View Suites and Beach Club

I had a great stay at Mía Tulum Beach Resort. The resort was very clean throughout, including the rooms and showers, and the staff did an excellent job keeping the beach clear of sargassum. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even better. I also really enjoyed the smaller, cozy atmosphere of the resort—it felt relaxing without being boring, with plenty to do nearby. Free self-parking was a big plus and made it easy to explore the area. The only minor downside is that some fixtures show wear from the beach environment and could use a bit more frequent maintenance. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely return.

The location was great close to other places to walk to. The beach and pool area was very well kept and comfortable. They had a DJ playing music everyday. The staff was amazing, arrived late and there was someone there to check us in and a guy to help with our bags to the room. Since its all sand we appreciated that extra help. Room was basic and comfortable, view was amazing. Breakfast was nice to have included. The 20% discount on drinks while staying at the hotel was very nice as well. We would definitely stay again.

Had an amazing stay at MIA. The location is perfect—right on the beachfront—with a great-sized pool and genuinely friendly staff (special shoutout to Anna!). One of the highlights was the beachside massage setup—super relaxing and thoughtfully done. Our room had stunning views of both the ocean and pool, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was just incredible. The bathroom was spacious and laid out well. Overall, such a serene and memorable experience—I’d absolutely come back.

We were not aware that from 11am to 7pm that techno music would be pounding on the beach. It was not contained. When we were in our room for a mid-day relaxation break, it was very loud. Not the relaxing time we hoped for. It’s nice to be able to hear the ocean, especially when the waves are crashing. No such luck for 8 hours per day.
