The Worst Place Ever
Nothing, everything since you get in the house smells bad, the bed has blood spots and the worst things was the owner, he was so rude and scream us just because we take out time to be sure about the extra taxes, he gets so angry and tell us that his time was very important so he was going to charge us 10 CHF more because he lose 5 minutes of his time

Hidden charges, no wifi, unfriendly staff and difficult location to find made for a rough night.
The location is quite far from the airport, and involves either an expensive taxi tide or a long walk from public transport.
When I arrived the staff initially refused to let me in as I was past the 11pm check in time, despite having messaged ahead to let them know I would be a little late.
After some negotiations they deigned to honor my booking after charging me an extra 50 percent on top of my fee. There was no wifi and the staff were quite unfriendly. Quite a stressful evening and actually it would have been cheaper to stay elsewhere, given the extra fees and taxi fare.
On the upside I did get a free cup of coffee, which was something.

I don't have anything nice to say about this place but DO NOT STAY HERE. YOU WILL REGRET.
This place is absolutely not a luxury accommodation—it's extremely misleading and honestly feels like a scam.
The room had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the bedding was disgusting. We had a queen bed and two twin beds, and all three had sheets that smelled so bad, my nephew chose to sleep without any covers. My daughter couldn't even use the bedspread because it was too filthy. The queen bed was uncomfortable, and the twin beds were like sleeping on wooden boards. Unfortunately, our reservation was non-refundable, and we didn’t have time to find an alternative, so we were stuck and miserable in what was advertised as a “luxury” hotel. The bathroom was outside our room and shared by other two rooms. When we need to pay we had to wait most of the time because the other people are using it. Three rooms shared one bathroom! Is that LUXURY to you?
There was no air conditioning or even a fan, and we stayed in June during a heatwave. We had to leave the windows open just to breathe and came back after our day tour to find the room filled with bugs: moths, mosquitos, and other unidentifiable flying insects. We arrived back around midnight and found no one at the front desk to assist or complain to.
Despite the listing, there was no garden view. The property was extremely noisy, and there was no elevator to help carry luggage, which was a major inconvenience.
The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The shared kitchen is used by the owners/staff and was never available when we needed it. It was constantly occupied and left in a filthy state—dirty dishes piled up, cooking ingredients scattered everywhere, and the stove was so grimy we didn’t want to touch it.
This was, without question, the worst place I have ever stayed—and I’ve traveled extensively around the world. I am begging you: do not stay here. It will ruin your vacation.

We checked in at 10pm & checked out at 4am, so we weren't there long enough to give much of a review
Room was a good size for 4 adults and clean. We were glad they allowed for a late checkin. The shared bathroom was good.
They only gave 2 towels for our showers for 4 people. When we asked for more, they said they were out and gave us 2 hand towels. It seemed a bit pricey for what we got. They did offer to arrange an early morning taxi pickup for us to the airport. It was 40 euro. We called uber instead for 18euro. Not sure who was guilty of overcharging way too much for the ride.

There was way too much noise in the building. Either the patrons or the residents were talking and yelling downstairs until nearly 12 o’clock at night.
The kitchen facilities are not so accessible when the house is occupied by so many people.

Perfectly fine if you know what to expect.
It is modern and clean, the staff is friendly, the room is spacious, it is very close to the airport. It is very inexpensive.
We felt uneasy. Like we were guests in a stranger's home. The hosts are kind and friendly, but we weren't expecting to have a bedroom in a big shared apartment. If you know what to expect and just need a cheap place to sleep, it is perfectly fine.
It is so close to the airport that the arriving planes feel like they are flying right through the window until about 11:30pm.

Enttäuscht.
Als wir angekommen sind, hiess es, dass wir nicht dort bleiben dürfen, weil das Paar, das dort lebt, den ganzen Tag im Büro ist. Deshalb mussten wir wieder den Standort wechseln.
Als wir dann an unserem tatsächlichen Ort angekommen sind, waren wir schockiert, dass wir die Unterkunft teilen mussten. Wir wussten nichts davon, dass es sich um eine WG-Unterkunft handelt, weil das nirgends auf der Website stand, wo wir gebucht haben.
Dann hiess es, dass es eine Waschmaschine gebe, aber in der Unterkunft musste man extra zahlen, um zu waschen.
Die Zimmer sind extrem klein, für eine Person reicht es, aber für Paare ist es sehr eng. Sie geben Tücher nur für eine Person.
Das Geschirr ist nicht sauber, und auch das Küchengeschirr und die Pfannen sind alle nur für eine Person. Das heisst, wenn wir etwas kochen wollten, mussten wir mehrere kleine Töpfe brauchen.

Für eine Nacht voll in Ordnung.
Es war sauber, die Lage ist nicht schlecht und das Bett war bequem.
Der Empfang war speziell, man kommt wie in ein wohnzimmer und ist sich nicht ganz sicher, ob man richtig ist. Es ist sehr ringhörig, bis mitternacht haben die Leute im Gang sehr laut geredet.

Rommene er lys og trivelig. Renholdet er bra på rommene og badet. Muligheter for parkering utenfor (mot tillegg). Kaldt vann tilgjengelig for gjester i fellesområdet. Personale tilgjengelig hele døgnet.
Rommene er veldig nærme flyplassen, så dersom man skal ha vinduer åpne for å lufte bør man ha ørepropper. Veldig lytt mellom rommene og felles bad. Felles inngangsparti der man må ta av seg sko.
Ekstra betaling av Turistskatt og eventuelt parkering må betales kontant. Det kreves kopi av alle gjesters pass ved ankomst.

Bir binanın odalarını oda olarak kiralıyorlar. Dış kapının şifresini de vermiyorlar. Ortak banyoluydu. Park yeri yok. Kapının önünde yer bulursanız park alanına koyabilirsiniz. Arka sokaklarda market vb uzak. Heryere uzak aracınız yoksa zürihle bir alakanız yok.

Chambre propre et spacieuse
Attention vous louez juste une chambre et il faut partager la salle de bain.
Lorsque j’ai réservé sur le site je ne savais pas que nous allions dormir dans le logement du propriétaire, et que nous allions partager la salle de bain avec d’autres personnes.
Je ne pensais pas que booking proposait des logements avec salle de bain commune, et sincèrement je pense que cela n’était pas précisé sur la description et que ça a été modifié après.
Rien n’est clair.
Ça manque terriblement d’informations, l’hôte n’avait pas répondu à notre message de demande d’information émis via la messagerie avant notre arrivée.
Nous aurions aimé être + accompagné sur plusieurs points :
- Vous n’avez accès que à la chambre et à une salle de bain sur le palier, rien d’autre : on ne nous a proposé aucun accès à la cuisine (ni frigo, ni cafetière RIEN), le détail du logement et les photos sont vraiment trompeuses
- Nous avons prévenu que nous rentrerions tard : on nous a donné un code qui ne fonctionnait pas
- À aucun moment on ne nous indique où se garer : résultat nous avons eu un PV alors que nous étions garés dans la rue !
Les avions se succèdent à 10 mètres de notre fenêtre jusqu’à 23h : au début c’est rigolo mais un peu moins quand il est impossible de dormir.

Aucun jugement de notre part mais la communication est vraiment difficile avec le propriétaire et les membres de son équipe, ils ne parlent pas allemand et leur anglais est approximatif

War sehr angenehm und schön
Es war insgesamt angenehmer Aufenthalt und die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles was man braucht war da und die Lage war sehr schön und ruhig auß Abend 2-3 Stunden Flugzeugs Geräusche. Obwohl wir habe es auch genossen weil es zu nah war und war nur für kurze Zeit. Wir würde gerne noch mal dort hingehen:)
