Location of the hotel is very good and the staff is very helpful and kind. Special mention to the front desk manager who understood my urgency and helped me out with the refund for 1 extra day that I did not stay.
The hotel is generally nice and perfect for a short stay for a single or couple. No major issues to call out.

The hotel is well maintained and one of the better options available in the locality. The non-reception staff was courteous and helpful, especially when we informed them about the missing amenities. Overall, the property itself is good. During the checkout the same receptionist was very polite and helpful.
The check-in was delayed despite being informed earlier that an earlier check-in was possible. The receptionist was rude when we raised the concern and did not give clear answers. Additionally, the dental kits in the washroom were missing, with only empty boxes placed. The room size also does not justify the price.
