Songbirds Rainforest Retreat

We were welcomed by Monique at Reception. The Villa was set in a quiet location on the large rainforest property. The Villa had a lovely aspect from the deck, was clean and comfortable. Located not far from Curtis Falls, and not far from the main street of Mt Tamborine. Thanks Monique

The Villa did not have a cook top or oven, but has a microwave and sandwich toaster

The location

I cook top would have been good or a bbq somewhere

The staff and location are incredible!

Needs a new mattress.

It was an absolutely beautiful place and it was fun to walk around to see the wildlife…

The lights in the room we stayed in were faulty and you had to jiggle the switch to stop it from strobing. The taps are too short for the bathtub so when you turn on the water to run the bath water gets absolutely everywhere causing the blinds to get water damage! We booked because it had amenities on the property with “farm life” but the restaurant was closed so we couldn’t go to that. And the animals are not looked after as well as they should be. The goats pen was absolutely filthy with nothing for them to climb or play with. It was a very depressing pen. And the alpacas you couldn’t even see really see because they go around the back and they have temporary fencing up around the other fence! And again that the alpacas have nothing but dirt to walk on!! it was really bloody depressing to be honest with you!
