We were happy and appreciated the beautiful views and the facilities available in the apartment.
I noted that the host had added several floral arrangement which added to the visual enjoyment of the property and although I did not see much of the host it made me feel he had put some thought into our stay. I will be sending him a message thanking him for making our stay very enjoyable. The apartment was spacious and well equipped for self-catering guests. However, we were a little unsure of how to switch on the heating so were cold on the first evening. Also, there was a delay in his answering his phone on our arrival and we had to wait not knowing exactly which apartment we were meant to have. The position of the apartment which was set off from the road did not make it easy to find. Bella Vista means in English 'beautiful view' and the view from the apartment was exoctic and beautiful. The best in Bagni di Lucca.
I think it would have been better if the host had been there on our arrival or at least available on the phone. Also if he could have showed us how to put the heating on when it became chilly later in the evening.
