    The pic they attach when you book is not the actual cabin you get when you check in. Plus this hotel only clean up your pod after 3 days and when its your pod’s due for cleaning they will just take it for granted. You would expect it was already clean when you’re back but no, it’s just exactly the same when you left. And when you raise your concern, the staff in front desk seem not to care. Very disappointed guest here.

    The environment is great, the staff are friendly, and the location is good. There is a fee of $10 per item for luggage storage.
