ENTIRE 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT by UW RESEARCH PARK - PS5

Gefallen hat uns die Größe des Appartements. Es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt am Haus, sofern man eine Fahrzeug hat gibt es keine Parkprobleme.

Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack etwas sehr weich, aber das ist individuell. Nicht gefallen hat uns die etwas dürftige Ausstattung der Küche. Das allernötigste war da, aber man musste beim Kochen schon mal improvisieren. Was uns gestört hat war dass es keinen Besen, Handfeger, Kehrblech oder ähnliches in dee Wohnung gab. Man konnte nichts reinigen, wenn z. B. mal etwas herunter gefallen war.

Location was good close to many amenities.

While owners responsiveness was welcome for toaster ( which was broken)& dish towels & soap (which was not there) owners have much work to do make apartment welcoming. While place smelled and looked clean upon arrival this was not the case. Floor appeared to be cleaned with dirty water and hair was everywhere which was hardly welcoming. The place was starkly furnished (no dish soap or cleaning cloths on arrival, no can opener, no scissors,toaster that did not work, no hooks for towels, only broom/pan for cleaning a dirty floor etc.) While the place is convenient and bright your quality control around these items needs to be improved from our perspective. Owner needs to think how they would feel if this was them visiting. (only coffee & salt and pepper were provided in kitchen & some soaps in bathroom)
