The flat was spacious, in fact it had 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, so all together it offers comfortable sleeping place up to 8 adults. The furnishing is fairly new with acceptable signs of usage. There are every basic appliance you may need for your stay to be comfortable. The beach and the train station are both about 15-20 minutes walk. There are plenty of shopping options around (Zabka, Lidl, Biedronka) to have a nice breakfast at home.

A major disinformation is the "reception". You are renting a flat in a commie block. The so called "reception" is a call center number which you can call if you have any trouble, but physically they don't exist. So if you plan to leave your luggage "at the reception" after check out, forget about it. The neighbourhood is full of wierdos and the neightbours in the house are quite pathological. They are harmless, but they can be loud. (however the insulation of the windows are amazing) The beds were way too soft for out liking but it's a personal opinion. One note for the owner: I don't know how small was your interior designer, but hanging a metal cube at 120 cm, just above the sofa is pure evil. We bang our head to the metal corner every time we stood up (until we tied up the whole shebang). Maybe you should permanently tie it up the same way as you did in the kitchen.
