Excellent house with everything you need. Each room (2 bedrooms, living room, and an open-space "room" upstairs) has AC and a smart TV. The pool is pretty big and has a soft cover on the stairs and bottom, so if you hit your leg, it won't hurt much :) The shaded area with chairs near the pool is awesome! We didn't use the tavern much since we were too lazy to do BBQ, but it's basically a standalone house with its own WC, a little kitchen, AC, and yet another smart TV :) When we arrived, a nice welcome gift was waiting for us — snacks, fruits, cold drinks, and coffee cups. It was a really nice touch! The host was always available via WhatsApp. The beach is literally a 1-minute walk from the villa, so after the first day we stopped bringing our beach chairs, towels, SUP, etc. We'd just walk down for a swim or SUP session, then head back for cold drinks and more chilling by the pool or under the umbrellas (repeat several times a day :) The beach wasn't crowded at all, with several good entry points into the sea — one spot is shallow enough (2-3 meters) for small kids to play safely. To catch a proper sunset, you'll want to walk north along the beach for about 10-15 minutes.

Before using the pool, you have to shower off SPF, and when it's too windy (happened pretty often in the end of July), you can't open umbrellas to create a shadow in the pool. Using UV protected swimming t-shirt is a good option in this case.

Die Unterkunft ist echt ein Träumchen. Lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Vermieter immer erreichbar. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder 🥰

Das Haus und der Garten waren wie beschrieben - perfekt für uns! Wir waren zwei Pärchen mit einem Hund und das hat genau gepasst. Wir fahren schon seit Jahren nach Kroatien aber dieses Haus ist bislang mit Abstand das beste und wir werden wieder kommen! Die Anlage war nicht nur für unseren Hund ein Traum sondern auch für uns! Der Pool war traumhaft… das Meer nur ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt, und ein Geschäft direkt neben dem Haus! Besser hätten wir es nicht treffen können! Auch der Besitzer war immer erreichbar und extrem zuvorkommend.
