Staff were very cooperative, especially Pakistani Guy ( sorry i forgot name) and the property was very clean and offered great value for money.
The check-in process was a bit difficult at first, but everything was well organized overall. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, which made our stay very pleasant.
Please note that these are serviced flats, not a hotel, and there is no large hotel-style sign outside. I noticed some guests getting frustrated because of this, so it’s better to be aware in advance.
The flats are located near Masjid Quba and a bit far from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. However, we arranged a taxi that would pick us up from the flats and from the mosque with just one phone call, which made things much easier.
No signs outside as it Flats not hotel but you will get everything what we have at home
