Great place, location

Good location, close to the centrum of Geilo! Access to supermarkets and Highland Bakery that provides freshly baked bread and superb coffee.

The jacuzzi doesn't work as expected. Instructions to use it is clear but it doesn't work as the jacuzzi shuts off within 2 minutes of usage. Turns out the outer electric board switch gets tripped to OFF within a few minutes of usage even though you turn it ON. The jacuzzi is claimed to be always ON but the panel to control the water jets and fountain features turns off within 2 minutes. Cleanliness is good enough but the personnel could definitely do better. We were not provided any bags for trash collection. We received them the next day which was good but not ideal. There was no provision of a hand dishwasher liquid or scrub to wash dishes and were asked to use a cycle of the dishwasher to wash even a few dishes.

Das Haus ist groß und modern eingerichtet, die Küche ist super ausgestattet, alles war sehr sauber und gut organisiert. Der Kontakt zur Vermiet-Gesellschaft war von vornerein sehr angenehm, Antworten auf Fragen im Vorfeld kamen umgehend, alle notwendigen Infos waren jederzeit vorhanden, Check-In/Out war super einfach und wir konnten sogar deutlich früher ins Haus, weil es schon frei war. Auch die Kontaktaufnahme bei einem kleinen Problem mit einem Wassersensor in der Küche war vollkommen unkompliziert und freundlich und es war innerhalb von 15 Minuten jemand vor Ort, der das Problem sofort gelöst hat. Wir würden jederzeit sofort wieder hier buchen.
