If you want to stay in a nursing home, this is the place for you!

It’s a nursing home! The room was not made when we arrived at 11pm..the property doesn’t have the same name outside so we had to guess that we were in the right place..they told us that the reception closes at 8pm but failed to inform us of what to look for upon arriving, so we thought we had been scammed since the name of the home was different from the name on the booking. Also gave us a phone number to call which was not working..

2 eme visite dans cet établissement et par rapport à la première fois c’est le jour et la nuit juste une table avec 2 chaises peu de vaisselle rien pour nettoyer alors que la première chambre rien a dire canapé de quoi laver propre

Pas mal, mais peut mieux faire !

l'appartement est grand et agréable, la literie était bonne, les personnes à l'accueil très sympas. Et l'emplacement est excellent, en plein centre ville, avec des restos, une pharmacie, des épiceries juste à côté. Et une super boulangerie ! Un parking souterrain payant est disponible sous la résidence.

Par contre, il manquait beaucoup de choses dans l'appartement. Sur l'annonce, il devait y avoir des peignoirs, une machine à café, rien de tout ça. Et peu d'ustensiles, j'ai dû réclamer pour avoir un 2è verre à eau, et des cuillers. Pas non plus de tire-bouchon. Et surtout, le plus gênant, un bruit de ventilation très fort !

J'ai eu 80ans pendant 2 jours

- Propre

- C'est très mal indiqué. L'appartement se situe dans une résidence pour personnes âgées et ce n'est qu'en petit devant la porte qu'il est indiqué que l'hôtel se trouve bien ici. Nous avons passé 3 fois devant le bâtiment avant d'aller le chercher à pied. - le personnel qui nous a reçu ce contente du strict minimum, et encore ça semble être beaucoup. Nous n'avons même pas eu d'explication sur notre badge et nos clés, nous avons du deviné par nous-mêmes même si je vous l'accorde c'est pas très compliquées - l'odeur : il faut tout de même l'avouer c'est très propre à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur CEPENDANT l'hôtel étant aussi une résidence pour senior, il y a dans tous les couloirs de l'entrée jusqu'à l'intérieur de la chambre cette odeur si caractéristique de ces résidences pour personnes âgées. -en bref vous n'êtes pas très difficile ni regardant.. c'était un très bon rapport qualité-prix en revanche !

Une heure d'attente a mon arrivée pour avoir les clés de ma chambre. La personne qui m'a reçu n'a ait pas de fiche et ne savais pas naviguer sur l'espace internet, a défaut d'un retour de sa Direction qu'elle a sollicité. Pas de savon ni shampoing dans ma chambre. Mon petit déjeuner de 7h30 ne m'a jamais été donné, je quittais l'hôtel a 8h15

Manque dans sdb, petit meuble/tabouret pour poser ses affaires de toilette. Manque sèche cheveux. Pas de petites cuillères. Pas de lave vaisselles et torchon Prévenir le type de machine à café pour prévoir les capsules nécessaire.
