Lovely and remote comfortable homely and love the pool

There was nothing really that stood out to me, but it won’t be long before the veranda needs to be redone the flooring

The pool and spa were fabulous although could have warranted some attention. Water level was way down when we arrived and filter sucking air !! Position close to town was wonderful for meals and such. Location of the property allowing pretty much complete privacy was a bonus. Plenty of linen, towels and such provided, pleasant change !!

Given the temperatures at time of our stay it was necessary to run air conditioners but being old style in the wall units they were very noisy in amongst the solitude of our surroundings. Bit of maintenance here and there would have gone a long way to justifying the asking nightly rate.

Very pretty location. Greeted by a friendly echidna :-) The house was very clean. Excellent outdoor deck and seating area.

Booking.com website stated that wi-fi was available when in fact it is not. This was a major problem as we needed wi-fi. The property information does not make it clear that the one bathroom is in fact an ensuite to the bedroom which had the two single beds. This made it difficult for occupants of the "main" bedroom especially at night since you had to enter the other bedroom to access the bathroom - not very private. Noises carry between the floors so a sleep-in is not possible. The main double-bed mattress was too soft/uncomfortable
