Ótimo custo beneficio. Garagem grande e coberta. Quarto com banheiro. Tinha uma sala coletiva. Ar condicionado funcionando. Chuveiro ótimo.
Camas moles e desniveladas. Chuveiro molha vaso e banheiro, não tem divisória.

A estadia oferece uma acomodação de camas e chuveiro bom. No dia, infelizmente tivemos um horario de racionamento de agua no prédio, mas, não falou agua pra tomarmos banho e preparos de lanches rápidos na cozinha. Tinha piscina, infelizmente não tivemos tempo para usá-la. Tem escadaria, dependendo do objetivo, eu estava com meus pais idosos e pra eles foi cansativo.
A localização do prédio precisa ser melhorada, pq indica avenida e esta entrada esta fechada, gastamos média de 20 a 40 minutos entre a localização e a permissão para entrada. Precisa estar tudo combinado com o anfitrião antes de se deslocar a hospedagem,pq na recepçao ainda não estavam sabendo da minha "identidade/inquilino", para entrar e acessar o prédio. Estava muito calor e esse foi desgastante pra meus pais e um pet. Dois ar condicionado estava sem funcionar, só ventilava.
