The welcome I received upon arrival, was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the food and the beer was a very reasonable price. Parking is free and easy to find. The best part is I turned up on a Wednesday which happened to be quiz night and I met lots of lovely locals.
I liked it all.

The Cresselley Inn is a combination of a pub, a hotel and a focal point for the community. The first thing to say is that everyone is friendly and helpful My room was fine, double room with en-suite shower. Everything feels very new, I understand it was all updated in 2025 The bar is friendly and very popular with locals, especially in summer weather as the terrace is a sun trap. Food in the bar or the adjoining restaurant is very good quality and service excellent Very very good breakfast, good packed lunch available too Very handy parking in a public car park just opposite the hotel.
Maybe start serving breakfast a little earlier? Its 8 o clock weekdays and 9 at weekends Otherwise nothing at all
