Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlief automatisiert und war eindeutig. Auf Fragen wurde persönlich und schnell geantwortet.
Im Hauseingang roch es nach Zigarettenrauch und die Lampe im Treppenhaus war kaputt. Die Wohnung war kalt, aber die Heizung konnte manuell eingestellt werden. Das Sofa und das Bett sind bequem, die Stühle leider nicht. Der Boden ist sehr uneben, und die Stühle lassen sich kaum platzieren ohne zu kippeln. Das Appartment ist funktional eingerichtet. Töpfe, Geschirr und Besteck sind vorhanden, sahen aber schlecht gespült aus, sodass wir lieber eigenes verwendet haben.
