Location. Perfect for the cricket, and not too far from other attractions.
Parking was a permit for the street. Although there was plenty of space parking on a mews can be a bit confusing. Beds squeeked and floorboards (laminate) squeeked

Location is great for hove, compact but well equipped flat. Clean and well presented.
2 things, 1 there is a wasps nest, next to the main window in the lounge, which meant we couldn’t open the window as wasps were swarming around the window - this was a problem as it was a warm weekend - we reported it to the letting agent who simply said thanks for notifying us, no offer to investigate. The flat was stuffy and uncomfortable because of this. 2 the bathroom shower has a v loose shower attachment which meant we couldn’t stand under the shower at all. Lastly a little warning small children or elderly may find the stairs up to the fist quite steep.
