Cambridge Grove- Cosy two bed Mews - with parking

Location to walk into Hove and the seafront Cosy apartment Bed was comfortable Bedrooms good size

This is a bit critical but my honest opinion.- The stairs to the apartment - very steep to walk up even without luggage. Entrance a bit " tatty" and smelly a bit like a student let..but then you do get into the nice apartment. No lock on bathroom door. Parking was a bit tight. Need some shutters on kitchen as you walk from the bedroom to the bathroom through the kitchen. Was a bit noisy - from next apartment and some work being done in near property. You can hear the train passing nearby

Neat tidy comfortable apartment.

It comes with parking which is a bit of nightmare. There’s various businesses opposite so customers ears park and it’s a very narrow street. Strong smell of weed from next door which permeated into the apartment when the windows were open

It was a nice cosy apartment. Very clean and would definitely stay again 😊

Nothing

Location is great for hove, compact but well equipped flat. Clean and well presented.

2 things, 1 there is a wasps nest, next to the main window in the lounge, which meant we couldn’t open the window as wasps were swarming around the window - this was a problem as it was a warm weekend - we reported it to the letting agent who simply said thanks for notifying us, no offer to investigate. The flat was stuffy and uncomfortable because of this. 2 the bathroom shower has a v loose shower attachment which meant we couldn’t stand under the shower at all. Lastly a little warning small children or elderly may find the stairs up to the fist quite steep.
