Lovely stay at this property, very comfortable, homely and close to hove station for great links to Brighton. Would defo stay again. Nice touch that they provide tea bags and coffee sachets.

Location is great for hove, compact but well equipped flat. Clean and well presented.
2 things, 1 there is a wasps nest, next to the main window in the lounge, which meant we couldn’t open the window as wasps were swarming around the window - this was a problem as it was a warm weekend - we reported it to the letting agent who simply said thanks for notifying us, no offer to investigate. The flat was stuffy and uncomfortable because of this. 2 the bathroom shower has a v loose shower attachment which meant we couldn’t stand under the shower at all. Lastly a little warning small children or elderly may find the stairs up to the fist quite steep.
