Art apartment Batumi

Идеальная квартира для фотосессий, с очень красивым интерьером. Есть много парковочных мест, квартира светлая и тихая. Очень ответственная и дружелюбная хозяйка квартиры.

A neat, lovely decorated and fully equipped apartment on the 6. floor of a typical block tenement house. There was enough place for 3-4 people, and for one evening, 6 more visited us and everyone still got a place to sit, so there IS space! Good grocery stores, supermarkets in direct vicinity, just literally 1-2 walking minutes. To the beach and the old city, you walk 15 or resp. 30 minutes, or just get a cheap taxi. Generally it's not the tourist area, but convenient and has a touch of a genuine city spirit, not like the obvious tall seafront blocks. The view is not stunning, but from the balcony you can see beautiful mountains in some distance. Won't be totally quiet there, as the area is a bit busy with some main streets. Nonetheless, we could sleep well at night.

Sometimes it was a bit cold in the bathroom, as it is located on the balcony. Stange damp odor on the staircase, but this is common to older houses in Batumi, but in the flat it's fine.
